Alleviate suffering in companion animals by providing financial assistance to pet owners who are unable to afford essential veterinary care. Assistance may cover needs such as dental, medical, surgical, or behavioural treatment, depending on the needs. Supporting the development of veterinary capacity within the local community by offering educational funding and scholarships to veterinary professionals and trainees with local ties, selected by invitation based on merit.
