Our mission
CharitiesGlobal brings the world’s registered charities onto one stage, built from official public registers. We believe funding should follow real impact, wherever in the world it happens — so we put undervalued causes alongside the big names and let people decide for themselves.
What we do
We aggregate charity information directly from official regulators and make it findable in one place:
- People can discover and research charities by name, cause and country.
- Charities can claim and keep their own profile up to date.
- Developers can access the data through our API.
Where the data comes from
Every record here traces back to a public regulatory source — the official charity register in each country. We publish that public record as-is and link it back to the regulator, so you can always check the original. We don’t gatekeep and we don’t charge charities to be listed.
We show only what the register records. If a detail is wrong here, it is wrong at source — so we link every record back to its official register, where a charity can have it corrected.
Independence
We are not a government regulator and not affiliated with any charity. We source data from official registers and link back to them — but the views, presentation and any enrichment here are our own.
