• Provide long term, good quality, affordable and fully accessible rental accommodation for people with disabilities

• Apply income to support a Housing Manager to provide support and advice to assist disabled people to access suitable housing in the community and with other housing issues.

• Advocate for greater supply of fully accessible housing for disabled people

• Promote and lobby for government support of disabled people

• Provide and facilitate access to housing options that enhance disabled people’s participation in community life

• Conduct research and information/data gathering to assist understanding of and planning for the housing needs of the disabled community
