To secure a lease on TCDC reserve land for the development of a Community Marae and Wellbeing Hub in Whangamatā. To obtain all the territorial authority consents required to construct the Community Marae and Wellbeing Hub. To oversee the construction of the Community Marae and Wellbeing Hub. To manage the ongoing maintenance of the Community Marae and Wellbeing Hub. To obtain funding to give effect to the above objects.
