To promote, develop and foster amateur level sports teams in the region for the health, well-being and benefit of the community. To provide training to the children and adults of the region for a number of different sports promoting the principles of fair play. To support and develop opportunities to enable, encourage and enhance participation, enjoyment and performance in sports. To support, promote and provide training in physical and mental development of members.
