Westland Community Centre Incorporated

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely:

a) to benefit the community by managing, maintaining and improving the building at 23 Weld Street Hokitika, known as Hokitika’s Regent Theatre;

b) to promote the Society’s assets for the benefit, advantage or pleasure of the public of the Westland District; and

to use the Society’s assets for the conduct of educational, social, cultural, sporting, community activity and any other activity which the Society considers desirable.
