Our purpose is to contribute to improved health outcomes in the Western Bay of Plenty (covering the areas of Tauranga City Council and Western Bay of Plenty District Council) in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Our five key pillars are to improve facilities and equipment, enhance workforce capability (education and training), improve patient care, collaborate for improved health and wellbeing outcomes, and any other projects or services that are aligned with our purpose.
