To provide assistance for people in the Russian community with resettlements, orientation, communication (interpreting), cultural maintenance, creative realisation. To provide assistance for older and disabled persons. To provide learning environment for Russian culture for Russian and non-Russian speaking children. To participate in projects with other ethnic goups and communities. We contribute to this aim by designing and delivering all kind of free social services.
