"The charitable purposes of the Trust shall be:

a. To promote the improvement of literacy and numeracy in our community through: i. The provision of resources to kindergartens, schools and other educational institutions ii. The provision of scholarships and prizes for academic achievement iii. Providing assistance to other organizations working to improve literacy and numeracy

b. To improve our community by meeting needs of the following through service and fundraising projects: i. Needs of aged or infirm ii. Needs of women and children – in poverty or other charitable need iii. Needs of those affected by poverty iv. Public Health needs

c. To promote the development of leadership and vocational skills in the community through: i. The provision and sponsorship of leadership courses to young people ii. Provision of vocational skills training and or support of vocational training institutions

d. To improve any of the following:       i. Public amenities including public halls, librar
