Wakefield and Districts Community Health Centre Incorporated

* To assist in meeting the needs of the community at large regarding health care in the Wakefield and Districts area. * To erect a building and fit out such building for the purposes of a community health centre for the occupation of medical practitioners, community health workers, and all others whose interest or vocation concerns community health in the Wakefield and Districts area and to operate and manage such a building to fulfil these objects. * To liaise and work in co-operation with community health agencies, local authorities, and other bodies whose primary concern is health care in the Nelson region. * To provide an appropriate standard of facilities to all those who both occupy and use the community health centre. * To use the funds of the Society as the Society may consider necessary or proper in payment of costs or other expenses in furthering or carrying out the objects of the Society including the appointment and payment of such officers, agents or service as may appear
