Waitomo Papakainga Development Charitable Trust

To endorse and promote the Treaty of Waitangi, which recognises and guarantees Tino Rangatiratanga of whanau over material, cultural and spiritual resources of the Maori people. To establish support, administer, advance or promote such schemes projects or services, as may, in the opinion of the Trust, be or have been established for the relief of poverty or the provision of social services and support to people within the community who are deprived, socially wanting, or otherwise needy persons.
