About Waitaki Safer Community Trust

To create a safer community for the people of Waitaki District through:

1. Participating in the administration of restorative justice where victim and offender can come together and discuss and agree on how the effect on the victim can be put right.

2. Assisting groups working to enhance community safety and relationships.

3. Introducing and administrating community safety projects as determined by the Trust Board.

4. Liaising and engaging with persons and organisations who can bring benefits to achieving the purpose of the Trust.
