The principal purpose of the Trust is to receive moneys, donations, gifts for the purposes as set out below: (a) For the Welfare of returned and service people and their dependents whether members of a Returned and Services Association Inc (b)In the event that RNZRSA determines that funds raised in connection with the RSA poppy can be used for the needs or welfare of returned and services personnel, their dependents, the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion etc
