The Trust is established to own, maintain, manage & develop facilities & precincts (including jointly or in partnership with others) that are focused on delivering long-term social & community outcomes & benefits for the Waikato community including, but not limited to, social outcomes & benefits via these facilities & precincts that promote & encourage opportunities for individuals in the Waikato & the community at large to contribute to social outcomes & engage in community events.
