To provide a community marae where anyone of any nationality or sex may equally and freely speak or participate subject to his or her observance of the rules and etiquette of the marae.

To foster, promote and encourage members to play an effective part in the social, educational and economic development of the community.

To promote fellowship and understanding between all races.

To promote the maintenance and preservation of Maori arts, crafts and Maori language and to perpetuate the ethics of Maori culture and tradition.
