The specific aims of the Trust are: (a) support predominantly Māori individuals and their whanau who suffer from the harms of addiction; (b) develop, procure and administer addiction prevention programmes predominantly for Māori and their whanau; (c) develop, procure and administer addiction treatment programmes predominantly for Māori and their whanau; (d) work with Crown agencies/entities to identify the Crowns responsibilities under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
