To provide a safe and secure environment for children to engage in and learn kaupapa Maori. 2. To offer a pathway to allow the school children of Turanganui a Kiwa to excel in the area of performing arts, particularly Kapa Haka. 3. To provide equal opportunities and pathways that will support and enhance the members of local schools and allow these children to showcase their skills through performance.
