Theatre Awards Trust

The Trust operates to recognise, foster and enhance the quality and standards of Wellington professional live theatre, for the benefit of the Wellington community, by organising an annual Ngā Whakarākei o Whātaitai (Wellington Theatre Awards) ceremony to celebrate individual and collective excellence and achievement in the arts and skills of professional theatre in and about the City of Wellington.
