1. The welfare and rehabilitation of paraplegic and disabled persons. 2. Research relating to the same. 3. Buildings, equipment and facilities relating to the same. 4. Re-establishment or integration of paraplegic and disabled persons into the life and work of the community. 5. The mental and physical needs of paraplegic and disabled persons. 6. The training of persons to carry out any of the foregoing.
