The Trust Board holds and manages the Trust Assets to pay or apply in New Zealand the income and capital, at times and in amounts it decides, for the following Charitable Purposes: 1. Provide a place for religious services by the Congregation 2. Provide a place for educational, welfare, and social justice programmes 3. Permit Ministers chosen by the Congregation to officiate, with full access to the Church 4. Undertake renovations, extensions, or additions to the Church 5. Be responsible for the Church land and building 6. Accept bequests and donations for general or specific purposes 7. Raise money by mortgaging any part of the Church land or building 8. Undertake other Charitable Purposes as the Trust Board may from time to time decide.
