The development and provision of vocational or nutritional training for young male and female individuals who are resident within New Zealand, and whom the Trustees believe would, by virtue of their particular socio-economic and/or educational background, benefit from the opportunity to develop vocational or nutritional skills which will enable them to lead more fulfilling lives within the community, with the support of the services which will be available through The Toi Toi Foundation
