The Sutton Foundation

The purposes and aims of The Sutton Foundation are to devote or apply both capital and income of the trust fund to or for any charitable purposes in New Zealand which are selected by the trustees and are valid charitable purposes. Without limiting this in any way, such purposes may include: - the promotion of Christian services and activities in New Zealand in accordance with Christian beliefs, teachings and practices; and - the making of donations to or assisting any other charitable purposes in New Zealand which are recognised as valid charitable purposes in New Zealand.
