The Skills Group Foundation

From the date of this deed until the Trust is wound up in accordance with clause 19 of the deed, the Trust shall support and advance Skills' Charitable Purposes by using the Trust Fund (including both capital and income) to distribute or apply funds to or for the benefit of Members, in support of Member projects, initiatives and other activities that are directed at the advancement of Charitable Purposes (and in particular vocational education, training and learning, consistent with Skills' Charitable Purposes) in connection with the Members' respective industries, and any Member is entitled to apply for Trust funding for any such project, initiative or activity.
