Promoting the behavioural, physical, emotional, educational and social rehabilitation and well-being of the disabled residents of northland. Promoting the amateur sport of sailing and boating in all it's forms including recreational and competitive activities for the benefit of persons with disabilities. Promoting development, educate and encourage the use of sailing to advance the physical and spiritual wellbeing of persons with disabilities.
