1 The protection, preservation, restoration and enhancement of the foreshore and other public land at Mawhitipana Bay (Palm Beach), Waiheke Island; 2 The eradication or control of rats and other predators of native flora, birdlife, lizards and other fauna at Mawhitipana Bay; 3 Any other Charitable Purposes that the Trustees may resolve to support from time to time

for the benefit of the public and not for private profit.
