The Okoki Outdoor Education Centre Trust

The Okoki Outdoor Education Centre Trust mission is to promote, maintain and improve the facilities of the Old Okoki School for affordable outdoor education opportunities for ALL people; To maintain and provide the amenities such as the pool, tennis court and grounds to maximise this unique rural location. To foster traditional "kiwi" outdoor education skills for schools and youth groups and ALL peoples, To preserve the history and promote the special importance of conservation in the Okoki area. To promote the local community to pursue their own initiatives and make use of the facilities. To do all such acts and things that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the abovementioned.
