To educate people in the physiological health benefits of caring for cats as pets. To foster the kind and humane treatment of cats to enhance the general health of the community and to offer the opportunity particularly to children to learn about responsibility towards animals and to give those who are unable to have a cat the chance to enjoy their companionship in the sanctuary. To support the charitable work of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Auckland Inc.
