The Mount Maunganui RSA Welfare Trust

The Trust's principal activity is the provision of accommodation to the elderly through property ownership and management, including the issue of occupation licenses and occupation rights agreements (referred to in the performance report as Capital Licenses). The Trust also contributes funding to organisations who dispense charity to the aged, sick or infirm and provides grants to assist with medical research and education.
