To assist people affected by addictive disorders and to give those people the opportunity to discover and use their own resources by allowing them to experience the therapeutic atmosphere that is conducive to change and the professional guidance necessary to achieve that change particularly when funding from other sources is not available for political or personal reasons. To promote or assist any other approved charitable organisation in New Zealand having a charitable purpose similar to that set out above above by providing funding to those organisations
