To accept control and custody of any assets vested in the said Board of Trustees for the purpose of the Trust. To prepare, implement and from time to time vary and/or expand upon, a plan of projects to be undertaken in Kaikohe and the surrounding districts for the benefit and/or education of the community in particular and members of the public of New Zealand in general and hving its objectives any one or more of the following: a) the enhancement and beautification of the area b) the promotion of an awareness of the history and culture of Kaikohe, the Bay of Islands and New Zealand in general c) the promotion of conservation of indigenous flora and fauna d) the provision of reserves and other recreational facilities
