The provision of grants to the following charities: (i) 20% to The Order of St John Northern Regional Trust Board (ii) 10% to the CCS Disability Action Incorporated (iii) 10% to The Presbyterian Property Trustees (iv) 10% to The Presbyterian Property Trustees for the benefit of the Birkenhead Parish (v) 10% to the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand (vi) 5% to the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (NZ) Inc (vii) 5% to the North Shore Housing Trust Inc (vii) 5% to the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation of New Zealand (Inc) (ix) 5% to the North Shore Hospice Trust And a further 20% for the income for: Provision of grants to assist any charitable purpose including the relief of poverty or the provision of welfare assistance through donations to recognised Trusts, societies, foundations and agencies. Grants that assist any cultural, or any other purpose that is beneficial to the community or any section of it.
