The Gisborne SPCA Charitable Trust Board Incorporated

To prevent cruelty to animals in the Gisborne District by: (1)Encouraging and sustaining an intelligent public opinion regarding man's duty to animals (2)Promoting such further legislation as may be expedient (3)Such further and other ways and means as the Royal Society may deem expedient. Generally do in the Gisborne District all such acts and things as shall or may be for the benefit of the Royal Society or in the interests of animals and their welfare.
