The Farmers Adverse Events Trust

The objects of the Trust are:

(a) To provide relief and assistance to farmers and farming families who have been subjected to suffering or loss as a consequence of adverse natural events, including: suffering arising from events creating extraordinary economic conditions; and suffering or loss arising as a result of biosecurity emergencies declared under section 144 of the Biosecurity Act 1993;
