The Epilepsy Trust

The purposes of the Trust are: (a) To invest, manage and maintain a capital fund which may be added to from time to time, for the education and improvement of quality of life for people with epilepsy in New Zealand by using the income from this fund to: (i) provide for the operational expenses of the Trust; (ii) maintain and expand professional services by the Association to support people with epilepsy, primarily for the wage component of the Association's field staff in New Zealand. (b) To use any income from additional funds to promote support for people with epilepsy through the expansion of the Association's field staff, or otherwise in accordance with the charitable aims and objects of the Association after providing for any additional operating expenses of the Trust.
