To promote and assist with the training, skills, experience and general advancement of apprentices, trainees, students and other persons in all aspects of the electrical, electronics, process control. HVAC industries and other related trades associated with the electro technology industry; to promote and assist such persons to be employed or otherwise engaged in practical experience within the industry to further the objects of the Company and; to do all other acts and things as are incidental or conducive to and will further promote and attain the above purposes of the Company or any of them, provided that the foregoing activities are to be conducted in furtherance of charitable purposes within NZ and are not to be so construed as to authorise the pursuit of any non-charitable purpose, whether within NZ or elsewhere.
