The Duncan Rutherford Charitable Trust

- to preserve the heritage of NZ by promoting the education of the history of vehicles and transportation in NZ.

- to display the vintage, veteran and other motor vehicles acquired form the estate of the late Duncan Henry Rutherford for the education and benefit of the NZ public.

- To display any other vehicles, equipment, machinery or items of historical or technical interest for the education and benefit of the NZ public.

- to restore if required and to maintain all vehicles and other items to the extent practicable with the available funds of the trust.

- to carry out any other charitable purpose which may seem compatible with the above purpose.
