It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income at the Trustee's discretion to the named beneficiaries with a provision for scholarships under Clause 1.1 (e), added by the Trustee and Advisory Trustees by a Deed of Appointment dated 1st February 2013, in recognition of the Settlor, during his lifetime, personally providing these scholarships.
