This Trust was established by deed on 31st March 2000 by Gregory Joseph Donohue. It is to be held in perpetuity to pay the net annual income at the Trustee's discretion to the named beneficiaries with a provision for scholarships under Clause 1.1 (e), added by the Trustee and Advisory Trustees by a Deed of Appointment dated 1st February 2013, in recognition of the Settlor, during his lifetime, personally providing these scholarships.
