To be beneficial to the community of providing funding to individuals or organisations that in the opinion of the Trustees will benefit that community in the following areas: - Projects and activities that help to enhance and improve the local environment - Projects and activities that help to enhance and improve the wellbeing of and opportunities for children and adults with special needs - Social projects that help to enhance and improve the wellbeing of and opportnunities for children and adults who are disadvantaged in the community - Projects and activities that help to advance and improve the provision of the Arts in New Zealand including the visual and performing Arts. - Projects and activities that help to enhance and improve relations between the diverse groups that makes up the population of New Zealand.
