To apply the capital and income of the Trust to any charitable purposes within New Zealand which are from time to time selected by the Board and are valid charitable purposes. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, to apply capital and income of the Trust to the following charitable purposes, with a preference for those seriously injured in the 22 February 2011 earthquake: - To provide financial assistance with medical expenses and the costs of various measures that assist and relieve conditions of disability or injury; - Support and representational advocacy for appropriate medical and other specialist services to which they are entitled; - To work co-operatively with other groups and individuals interested in supporting those seriously injured in 22 February 2011 earthquake to promote common interests; - Benefiting, serving, and meeting the needs of those seriously injured in the 22 February 2011 earthquake;
