The Baha'i Development Trust

To promote and advance the spiritual, educational and humanitarian teachings of the Baha'i Faith in New Zealand; and for any other purposes or objects within New Zealand or overseas (whether relating to the relief of poverty, the advancement of education or religion or any other matter beneficial to the community) which are charitable according to the laws of New Zealand. The purposes of the Trust are charitable and cannot, at any time or in any manner or circumstance, be changed such that the funds of the Trust may be used for non-charitable purposes.
