About The Back Drop Trust
To replant land owned by the trust, with native trees, creating a life time Back Drop for the town of Whitianga. To give the river some relief from human pressure and ultimately create a pest free enclosure. The land is covenanted under a QEII covenant, ensuring it remains un-built on this piece of land in perpetuity. Tracks will be developed for the enjoyment of the general public.
