The Auckland Playcentres Association Inc (APA) is a not-for-profit umbrella organisation that provides service delivery, support and acts as an agent for 15 Playcentres in Auckland. All of our Playcentres are family/whanau led, licensed early childhood centres. We are a cooperative organisation with strong links to the community. Playcentre is a family organisation where: - we empower adults and children to play, work, learn and grow together - we honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and celebrate people's uniqueness - we value and affirm parents as the first and best educators of their children so that whanau are strengthened and communities enriched.
