The Arts House Trust

To hold, maintain and display the Collection including the provenance thereof in NZ and in such places and on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may decide on; and to pay or apply in NZ the income and the capital of the Trust Fund in such amounts, at such times and on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may decide on towards and for the fostering, maintenance, promotion and advancement of education of NZ Artists and NZ people generally in the visual arts, performing arts, music, etc
