A Charitable Trust that is beneficial to the community by providing support to organisations who have primary purposes which include: a. The care of sick, aged and infirm persons in New Zealand. b. The provision of interim essential measures to sustain life, prevent further injury and to provide medical care in New Zealand. c. The provision of ambulance transport and services including emergency and other medical treatment, care, and/or facilities in New Zealand.
