Ted Manson Charitable TrustRegistered

In accordance with Section 3 of the Trust Deed for the Ted Manson Charitable Trust the following is the entity's purpose:

The Trust is established for every object or purpose which is charitable in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

The Trust Objects will include: a. Providing funding and assistance for the care, support, health and protection of the disadvantages and needy in New Zealand and those that support them. b. Providing funding and assistance to any charitable religious activity in New Zealand. c. Providing funding and assistance to education providers and any project or activity that advances education in New Zealand. d. Providing funding and assistance to any Registered Charitable Entity and any other charitable object of benefit to the community.
