a) To administer the properties as a Maori Reservations for the purposes of a marae, meeting place, building site and place of cultural and historical interest for the common use or benefit of the members of the Maori Community and their invitees; (b) The erection, maintenance and supervision of the Meeting House, associated marae buildings that constitute the marae complex and other buildings on the properties; and (c) To carry out and do all matters and things as may be incidental to or connected with, in the opinion of the Board, and or all of the foregoing purposes including, without limitation the provision of (social) services.
