TE WHAKAMINENGA O TE HIKUTU HAPŪ-WHĀNAU Engagement Trust

The existing Wai 700 claimant, Anania Wikaira, wishes to establish this Deed, Te Whakaminenga o Te Hikutu Hapū-Whānau Engagement Trust (the Trust), which is intending to develop an engagement & mandating framework, to engage TWOTH with the Crown with a view to initiating TWOTH mandating for TOW negotiations towards the settlement of these claims. The Trust intends to develop an engagement and mandating approach to negotiations that is driven by kawa and tikanga of TWOTH to advance conversation.
