Te Tauihu O Nga Wananga Incorporated

Te Tauihu o ngā Wānanga through its membership seeks to: (a) facilitate the establishment, growth and achievement of excellence in teaching, learning and research; (b) promote teaching and research in the areas of Mātauranga Māori, Te Reo, Tikanga, Iwi and Hapū development; (c) co-ordinate, aggregate and disseminate knowledge for the social, cultural and political development of Hapū and Iwi Māori; (d) support and strengthen international collaborations in Indigenous higher education; and (e) do all such acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of all or any of the above.
