Our kaupapa is te korerotanga o te reo Maori Kia piki ake te reo Māori – That the Māori language will flourish. Our Whainga/Mission is ki te whakahaere i tetahi ratonga reo irirangi Māori hei whakatinana i te Koronga To operate a Māori radio broadcasting service that will fulfil our vision.We broadcast a clear signal on AM 765kHz to Wairoa in the north to Porangahau in the south – encompassing Wairoa, Napier, Hastings, Waipawa, Waipukurau, Porangahau and Dannevirke. We simulcast a strong 94.3 FM signal to the Napier-Hastings urban areas.Such coverage provides us with a huge listening audience and supports our vision for increasing te reo Maori within the homes of our listeners both Maori and non Maori.
