TPOTA aims to provide culturally appropriate services to women & their children who are victims of physical, mental, emotional & sexual abuse; prevent & eliminate violence in all its forms; help women become aware of alternatives to abusive relationships; provide appropriate advocacy, information, emotional and practical support & assistance; promote women’s and children’s rights to care & protection; promote public awareness of domestic violence; advocate values of non-violence and equity in all relationships; provide safe accommodation options to women seeking shelter.
